Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping costs
- Orders of $25 or more: free standard shipping
- Orders under $25: $6.99 flat rate
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, not counting weekends and holidays.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally run longer during busy seasons or because of carrier delays.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, your pieces may arrive in separate packages on different days. Every package gets its own tracking number.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you never received it, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
